Unit Economics offers select clients access to our Domestic Long/Short Service. We initiate and maintain coverage on 4–6 U.S.-listed stock ideas per year—both long and short—with each supported by a comprehensive 20+ page initiation report. These reports include detailed financial models, earnings forecasts, industry analysis, and other relevant insights. We also publish periodic updates as material events unfold.

In addition, we release 3–4 macro or thematic reports annually. These 20+ page reports explore broader investment topics—such as grain markets, natural gas, and global cooling—that impact portfolio returns. Often, they are paired with individual stock ideas to strengthen our research edge and improve client outcomes.

Our analysts are readily available to subscribers, and we frequently travel to meet with clients to discuss ideas, strategy, and market developments.

Subscribers receive bi-weekly AI Insights reports featuring curated news on major developments, deep dives into emerging trends, a long/short model portfolio focused on AI-driven companies, tutorials on cutting-edge AI tools, and a unique section—Failures, Fallout & Chaos—that explores the more speculative risks and unintended consequences of rapid AI development. Each report also includes benchmark scores and rankings for leading language models, helping investors track progress on the path to artificial general intelligence (AGI).

The service also includes exclusive access to Nathan Weiss for one-on-one consultations, phone calls, and direct email support—offering subscribers tailored insights and strategic guidance. In addition, each subscription comes with Understanding AI, a 100+ page foundational guide covering AI’s core concepts, real-world applications, and long-term investment implications.

For a more immersive experience, AI Insights includes an intensive, in-person AI Bootcamp. This 8-hour workshop—offered either as a full-day session or two half-day sessions—gives investors a hands-on understanding of artificial intelligence. The first module covers the theory, mechanics, and foundational knowledge required to grasp modern AI systems, while the second module focuses on practical tools and applications investors can use in real time.

Bootcamps are held in person, with all U.S. travel costs covered by the subscription. International travel may require partial reimbursement. Each subscription includes a bootcamp for up to 20 attendees, with the guest list entirely at your discretion—colleagues, friends, neighbors, even ex-spouses. Additional participants are welcome for a small surcharge to cover presentation materials. Clients are responsible for selecting the venue. Destination sessions and company retreats are encouraged.
